1. Replace bad with good. Avoid common toxic triggers like wheat, corn, dairy, soy and alcohol. Eat a whole foods, high-fiber diet that is rich in anti-inflammatory plant chemicals called phytonutrients. Avoid anything with sugar or trans fats. Eat healthy fats from extra virgin olive oil, nuts, avocados and omega-3 fats like those found in small fish .

2. Take probiotics, which provide good bacteria to improve digestion and reduce inflammation. Other gut-healing nutrients include glutamine, zinc, curcumin and fish oil. High-quality multivitamin. Quercetin helps relieve symptoms from allergies.

3. Eliminate stress. A mind-body disconnect can mean being stressed out, wired and tired and can really damage your gut and worsen seasonal allergies. Practice relaxation techniques like yoga or meditation every day.

4. Sleep Well. Optimal sleep is crucial for gut health and overall health. Research shows inadequate sleep shortens your lifespan and increases inflammation, which can lead to chronic disease. If you don’t get enough sleep you can increase risk for diabetes. Aim for at least eight hours of uninterrupted, deep sleep every night. How to get Rid of Cramps for Women


Is it that time of the month?  Are you having menstrual cramps?   If you are affected by this every month, then we have some solutions for you so you don’t suffer any longer. It will help you relieve the pain and get rid of any cramps fast.

Eat a banana

Bananas contain potassium, usually helping reduce cramps .

Drink Water

Drink lots of water. The more hydrated you are, the better.

Distractions

Distract yourself from any pain, and try doing streches and exercises, will help you not focus on your cramp pain.

Avoid Coffee.

If you have coffee you could make your cramps worse.  This includes, cola drinks.

Breathing Right

Use breathing to relieve the pain: Breathe slowly in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Gatorade.

Sports drinks contain electrolytes, which help regular cramping.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture works by balancing out the qi (or energy deficiencies) in the body. In the case of menstrual cramping, the qi imbalances are found in the spleen and liver area.

Clothing

Don’t wear clothes like, jeans, elastic pants or tight waisted jeans that are really tight on you.  Wear loose fitted clothes until your menstrual period is over.
